Los Angeles Bass Lessons

I have played for a wide array of artists in many different genres, from pop/rock band Hanson to legendary classic rocker Edgar Winter, in addition to earning a Grammy for my work with Zappa Plays Zappa.

I can teach you:

• Technique (fingerstyle, slap/pop, pick, upright)
• Vocabulary (note choice, music theory, odd time signatures, soloing techniques)
• Gear Maintenance (bridge/truss rod adjustment, finding your tone, effects use)
• Creativity (crafting basslines, backing up a soloist, playing with a metronome/drummer, studio vs live playing) and anything else you might want to learn.

Conveniently located in Glendale near the 134 and 5 or willing to travel to you. I even offer Skype/FaceTime lessons!
